BILLING
We automatically bill your card each month recurring on the first of the month. You can book an appointment anytime and your credits will be automatically applied when you check out afteryour service. Membership does not include gratuity. If your card on file is declined, we will reach
out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be canceled and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
COMMITMENT
Membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty or charge. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. In order to cancel, you must email us at contact@saltmaranails.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Once your
membership is canceled, you have 90 days to use any remaining credits.
MEMBERSHIP CREDIT
As long as your membership is active, any credits that are not used will rollover for you to use at any time.
Gifting
Gift your monthly credit to a friend or family member.
Freezing
We know life can get crazy, which is why you are able to freeze your account for up to 3 months a calendar year. All Freeze requests must be done in writing, email contact@saltmaranails.com.
