Billing
We automatically bill your card each month on the first. Book anytime — your credits apply automatically at checkout. Membership doesn't include gratuity. If your card is declined, we'll reach out for a new one; after 30 days without a response, your membership is canceled and remaining credits are forfeited.
Canceling
Membership is month to month with no penalty to cancel. Cancel online through your membership profile — we ask for at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Your final payment covers that upcoming cycle. After canceling, you have 30 days to use any remaining credits.
Credit rollover
As long as your membership is active, unused credits roll over for you to use anytime.
Gifting
Gift your monthly credit to a friend or family member — up to 3 credits per year.
Freezing
Life gets busy — freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year through your membership profile.
