What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee.
What if I’m running late?
We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that time, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to respect the next guest’s appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to treat your appointment as a no-show.
What is considered a no-show?
A no-show is any missed appointment without notice. Guests who no-show may be charged a 50% service fee and may be required to place a deposit for future bookings.
How do you handle sanitation?
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. All tools are cleaned and disinfected according to state board and industry standards. We use hospital-grade disinfectants, single-use files and buffers, and thoroughly sanitize each station between guests.
What is the 10-Day Guarantee?
We stand behind our work. If your gel manicure, gel overlay, gel x or dazzle dry polish shows chipping, peeling, or lifting within 10 days of your service, please contact us. We’ll be happy to fix it at no additional charge.
Can I bring my children?
To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that children only visit the salon if they have an appointment of their own and are accompanied by an adult.
Are pets allowed?
Only service animals are permitted in the salon, in accordance with ADA guidelines. We love furry friends, but for the safety and comfort of our guests, other pets are not allowed.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Light beverages (water, coffee, tea) are welcome. Out of respect for our space and other guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing meals or strongly scented foods.
